There is, or at least was, a book put out by someone that we carried around
with us also.  The name of the place we ordered it from evades me at the
moment. If it was possible we stayed in military parks, towed a 5th wheel
around for 4 or 5 winters before retiring it. It's now a "cabin" on some
property we bought down on the Kenai Peninsula.
