From: "John Oellrich"
Mike,
I have a friend who lives in a large condo/townhouse development with the
usual restrictions about what can be done on the exterior of the unit. Two
years ago some other of Ray's friends started planting pink plastic
flamingos in front of his unit (normally after Ray had partied hardy around
a holiday or a birthday) and them spiriting them away a night or two later.
The first time Ray was in a complete panic knowing that the condo
association would take a very dim view of plastic flamingos. He called the
condo association and asked what he should do about the flamingos in his
front yard. They asked if they were alive. No. Well then just remove them.
