Phil,

I have found them off the top of my head in both Beijing and Manila. I
remember these specifically because the number in Beijing surprised me
(seemingly as many as are in Seattle), and the one I visited in Manila had
armed guards. Probably saw them in all the Asian cities I visited, but they
were no more unusual than seeing a MickeyDs so I didn't take note of them.
