Legal aspects depend on whether that "resume" is being used solely within
the school district. If it is, privacy-law issues are not a problem if the
student material is shown only to persons it could be shown to anyway
(principal, guidance counselor, etc.).
But if the "resume" is being used in the normal sense of the word
(document for job application), then FERPA and other privacy laws govern use
of student material for third-party release. You cannot apply for a job with
another school using a resume including student material, unless you have
parental consent for the use of the material if the kid is under 18 or
student consent if he's over 18.
