I agree, thread manager type functions would need to be a feature of dnews
though and dnews doesn't really even recognize threads as such so I don't
hold a lot of hope for this. It's the client software that does the
threading.

I'm using OE and find I can set a view to show me just the last day or two
or three so I find it somewhat easier to catch up but I miss the feature
that allowed me to do a "your messages only" pass when I don't
have enough time to do a regular pass.

I've been considering a web view type interface to try and develop some of
the missing features at least for those quick passes.
