It's just a stripped version of the normal IDE. You can't edit and
compile in it, so you have to load the already prepared exe file of
your program. To be able to debug it you must make the exe file with
the option /OD, "Attach PBD debug info". The options /OP (include
path names) and /OU (full debug info in units) could also be
helpful.
