subject: sending mail intermittently

KW> You could hang up on the connection 5 megs at a time - ZedZap will

When I'm around to do this manually I do... I'm still looking for an
automatic method.

 KW> Send him a tape backup/Syquest/Zip drive?
Not on a several times a week basis! :)

KW> Break up the 50 meg file into smaller file-attaches, and send them

The mail is normally broken up into 250 kb pkts and a 1 Mb compressed .MO1
(or whatever) files (many of them).

KW> Whether or not he can toss 50 megs at one seating is a whole

Which is the whole point of sending it out in smaller dribs and drabs... to
allow the tosser to process 1 or 2 mb at a time. True after processing 50
Mb many of the messages will be bumped through the message base and won't
even get read (if they have a small number of messages in the base), but it
beats killing the downlink.
