Have you installed any software since you last used it?

I just upgraded my version of NewView and now PMMail starts but
crashes when I access Help from PMMail.  However, Incharge acts
just as you said, it crashes when starting up.

Check the most recent entries your c:\popuplog.os2 file.

I had to go back to an older version of helpmgr.dll
