If any of the pascal programmers in the Lord echo have files named
exec.pas, vers.inc, and windex.pas, I need copies of them. Am trying to
recompile an 9-year old Lord igm that I've gotten from Tobin Fricke, and it
won't compile without those three unit/include files. he hasn't been able
to locate his copies yet, and I can't find them online anywhere. Have
searched SWAG as well to no avail as well as several search engines for
windex.pas. All one ever finds is stuff on the Windex glass cleaner.

Assuming I do find usable copies of the three files, I'll be releasing an
update of L.O.R.D. Gambling Casino igm at some point. But at the moment
the only part of the igm that compiles is the Lordint.exe file, and the
Lordgcin.exe installation program. Lordgc.exe - the original one - doesn't
respond to rte200 patching using tppatch, pent2, or ctbppat.

Just in case I do get lordgc.exe working, does anyone have any bug reports
that need handling in that old IGM? ktidmore{at}bellsouth.net

P.S.: I salvaged one more IGM from the Unusable IGMs List the other week.
If you want to use Dragon's breath Mountain, which has "do not
distribute modifications" wording in its docs, just use ctbppat.exe on
its .exe files. And the igm starts working again afterwards.

It also appears that Oasis of El-Sayal is usable after rte200 patching. But
it uses maint.bat, so by using the igm, you are subject to the lord
maint.bat crash issue if you use Lord 4.02, 4.05pb, 4.06, or 4.07 beta.
Have not spent enough time using Oasis to tell if the igm itself is stable,
but it seems to be on brief usage.

Retested Willy Tart's Carnival - it continued to be unusable. I know some
of you can get it to work. But every time I try it, it claims a legitimate
Lord directory does not have lord.exe in it, and won't let you out of the
setup program. Very aggravating.

And I retested Red Dragon Flea Market. It continues to not work either,
saying "Illegal parameter". If any of you do have it running,
what is the IGM command line you are using with it? Thanks, Donald.
