        All groups are pretty much a template for new areas.
        So what you have in group will default for new
        file echos in that subgroup.  Think of it like
        a conference in TG and groups in TG you add
        a group and then you can copy msg base 1 to 2 and
        it has the same info (mostly).  So make sure its
        in each file echo.
