Has absolutely nothing to do with WIN [apart from M$ pressuring BIOS 
writers to include/exclude features on their sayso!]
There may be functions in the BIOS associated with Int15H that are not 
yet implemented in OS/2-eCS. The specific reference was to keyboards not 
working with some BIOSes, which IIRC was one of your problems!
