   Maybe you can confirm but something I read earlier claimed that this =
used all new characters.  From your quote below they use a new star ship =
and I don't see any use of the Star Trek name.  That's not to say that =
there may not be issues but this doesn't match what George had used as = an
example for the above and other reasons.
