Hi;
Declaring an numerical constant is done simply by preceeding the name
with a '%' char as in %constant = 
I don't see how one declares a string constant.
In a sub or function I set a string to a value each time I enter it,
it is made a constant when it is compiled (making declaring it
unneccessary) or is there a better way?
