Personally I think they genuinely can't reproduce it. I don't know why,
but the stupid yanks don't seem to have the problem (ie the end users).

You've asked them already? Anyhow, that was a very rare occurence, and
although it certainly points the finger, it doesn't conclusively do so.
Only a trace between the regular abusers will conclusively prove it. Why
doesn't the problem occur with USR Sportsters? Rockwell is doing something
unusual, and only a trace will prove it. Whichever modem manufacturer can
reproduce it should be responsible for producing a trace. If Supra can't
reproduce it, then they're in the same boat as Digicom. BFN.
