I'm still waiting for Joe Biden to be arrested, handcuffed, and roughed-up by 
cops when they finally decide to take him in on the sexual assault charge.

It seems like somebody at the DC police department isn't doing their job.

Everybody needs to stay away from DC. If you get raped there, the cops don't
