What about some of the Pony club games which are usually done as races? 
 Like carrying an spoon with an egg or a plastic glass full of water 
from point A to point B?  A "champagne class" might be good for working on 
balance and self-carriage.
 
I was thinking that the water glass might be better, since water spills are 
less messy than dropping an egg, but maybe it's too cold this time of year.  
But if you could get plastic eggs somehow, that would work.  And you could 
hide stuff inside the plastic eggs -- whoever balances the egg and reaches 
the goal without dropping it could get whatever prize is inside....
 
Where's Michael Bull when you need him?  ;-)
