AM> you? Every time I get pulled off the road for speeding, I get this
 AM> great

 AM> therefore
AM> has to follow the posted speed limit. Anyone have any thoughts on
 AM> this?
My thought is that you are bragging about riding your bike faster than the
posted speed limit :-)
 AM>
AM> As a neat side track here, I also found out that if I were to be
 AM> hit by a
AM> vehicle, and if the blame for the accident were to fall on the
 AM> driver of the
AM> vehicle, it is theoretically possible that I should be able to make
 AM> a claim
AM> on their vehicle insurance policy. This topic has resulted in a
 AM> wide range
AM> of discussion in the past... Anyone care to comment?
That has nothing to do with a bike's being a vehicle. After all, were a
car to hit a pedestrian the driver and owner of the car would be liable.
