ohohoh, my little revenge against those undecipherable russian msgs
that at times pop in english areas  ]:-)  I think Mark can understand,
IIRC he knows spanish that is similar with (brazilian) portuguese.

Anyway, seems you also agree with the idea that other languages are
useless here (even in area description/rules).

I was agreeing with him, and commenting that those who want to write
in portuguese must go to BR.INTERNET, in spanish to ESP.INTERNET, in
german to INTERNET.GER and so on  :-)
