Echomail is carried by consenting systems. There is no way that
you can tell me what I can or can't do when sending messages from
3:711/934 to 3:711/xxx. From there it blossoms. :-) The only
thing that keeps it in check is 3:711/xxx deciding that they no
longer wish to receive messages from me in that area, for whatever
reason. The reason may be that the moderator has told 3:711/xxx
to not feed me the echo anymore. BFN. Paul.
