subject: Borland C++ for OS/2. 2.0

No it doesn't have the mouse sensitive feature that BC++4.5 has or even
Watcom 10.0a, The only big thing about this upgrade that I've seen so far
is the enhanced RW functions, other than the OWL library that is all. I
wish they would have all the features that 4.5 has though.
The RW also has it share of quirky video bugs, the refresh gets kinda
muddled up, we have tried it on several diff machines and its all the same,
only 1.0 did not have this problem.

Also when you upgrade from a 1.x product you do not get the full docs all
you get is the OWL library books and a new Resource Workshop book, Kinda
cheap for $150!
