I still have the old one, and I had a look, and indeed inbound was missing
from that.  I had a look at the new one, and it says to make that

Aren't you interested in finding out about what an entire suite of software
is all about?  Anyway, this is for the advancement of science, because if
we can get you working from this, it means the instructions are valid for
the next person (and I won't delete any of the software mentioned from my
BBS, with one exception which might happen one day).
