The easiest way to figure this out is to copy an icon that has the small
icon,  and invistigate which one it is you are after (they change depending
on your display driver).

Open your app's settings.  Go to the General page.  From anywhere on the
desktop,  drag an icon from something that works correctly (such as
"system setup") and drop it on your General Page's icon.  Then
select edit icon and look at the device list.
