Hi Roy J. Tellason, hope you are having a nice day You remember those cd's that came in an issue of Embedded Systems Programming several years ago? I finally found out exactly what was on disks 2 and 3 and I think you're going to cry shortly. All the important parts of m$ visual c/c++ 5 and masm 6.2 for x86. Just run them like the dos versions and you've got binaries. But wait, there's *more*. It's not just the compilers for the x86 cpus. There's also the same thing for the MIPS R-series (R4000/5000/etc), PowerPC, RiSC ARM, and the hitachi SH1/SH2/SH3/SH4 cpus as well. And there's also a copy of WinDBG (gui debugger) w/ the dll's it needs to let you debug a program for those cpus. Wanna tissue? -=> Yours sincerely, Paul Williams <=- ... Do you want him dead or just terribly mangled? - ToddS --- Terminate 4.00/Pro* Origin: Insanity is a way of life and I've made it *MINE*!!!
