 There are two TSEs, each in two flavors.
 TSE-Jr 4.0 (the newer, less-nice name for QEdit)
 comes in DOS and OS/2 versions.  The OS/2 version
 would do all your present QEdit 3.0 does and more.
 TSE-Pro 2.6/2.8 are Win95/NT.  TSE-Pro 2.5 is for DOS.
