You send a PRIVATE NETMAIL message to "Areafix" at address
3:711/934, with a subject of "password" and in the message you
write things like:

+FOURTH_REICH
-AUST_AVTECH

You can leave out the "+" if you want, it's assumed.  Areas
should be one per line.  Also, if you want to rescan conferences, you go:

%RESCAN FOURTH_REICH
