Yes, it is. As I mentioned in another post, *I* haven't changed anything here
on my system. I had completely forgotten about those few that delinked from the
echo because they assumed it was a spamming gated newsgroup (which it
isn't and wasn't, but once someone's mind is made up.. .). With those out of
the equasion, the echo must not have been making it to any other distribution
systems (which is somewhat surprising even).

This has since been fixed, as I've now added proper links to make sure it does
just that, and hopefully shouldn't ever happen again.
