It doesn't work that way. You have to unmake the iso image into a
filesystem, then install to that filesystem, then remake the iso image,
and burn that.
However, you don't need the seatools program to be on the Knoppix CD.
Put it somewhere Knoppix can access when the CD is booted, then after
booting unarchive it into the Knoppix ramdisk filesystem, and run it
from there.
However, even easier is the Ultimate Boot CD, which has Seatools on it:
