GE Ed,

Not at all necessary. The fastest way is to click on Settings>, then the
System Icon> and on the bottom of the presented column, click on 'About'

This I learned from Roger.

I don't use Cortana at all

I jumped from WFWG 3.11 to XP Pro, without passing any versions between.

XP is still usable, and I still have it on an old Lenovo laptop.

EV> I see Mark sent a message about Javascript/JAVA to You.

Yes, the discussion is going on.

EV> Before I Log On QRZ now, I learned that I HAVE TO enable
EV> s3.Amazonaws.com in NoScript or I will get that error message from
EV> QRZ too.

Dunno what that is.

EV> I just tried Opera to log on QRZ, and it worked for me.
EV> Opera didn't gripe a bit.

OK.

EV> I looked for OH0NC and got the page asking if I wanted to add it to
EV> their database, I didn't.

Next time you can add my callsign there, since I read that a QRZ-user
could do that. After that, if I ever try to access QRZ again, I may
update the information, which you cannot do.

EV> I guess You will have to Subscribe to put OH0NC in the QRZ Database.

I have subscribed already, so have I access to the database when/if it
accepts the Javascript that Opera offers.

I have forgotten to mention to you, that when looking at the map of time
zones, in and old english "Radio Reference Handbook", published 1946,
I stumbled across an "English-German Radio Vocabulary" in it.

The reason I didn't remember it, was that I got a good dose of german at
school, and that I have learned the german radio terms in the education
to radio- and TV-tecnician, and also from the service manuals.
