      Title: Apples with Curry Mayonnaise Tea Sandwich
 Categories: Cia, Ffbb, Sandwich
      Yield: 10 Servings

      1 tb Curry Powder
      5 oz Mayonnaise
      5 ea Granny Smith apples, peeled,
           -sliced thin

  1.  Toast Curry Powder.  Cool.  Blend into the mayonnaise.

  2.  Spread the curry mayonnaise on the bread slices.  Place apple
  slices on one slice of the bread.  Top with the other slice.

  Note:
  Add plumped currants and toasted chopped nuts.  Use bananas or mangos
  instead of apples.
  You may substitute Curry Vinaigrette for the mayonnaise.
