Does anyone know anyone who's been through the legal system in Memphis, TN. 
for pot related charges?
I was caught growing 9 plants in my home, and they took, 191 grams (a little 
less than 8 ounces) of pot from my home. I'm now being charged with 1 pound 
per plant, this is per a policy of the district attorney. Does anyone know of 
any legal challanges to the 7.5 pounds of imaginary pot I'm charged with?
My attorney and I going to take this case out of General Sessions and up to 
the next level, to try to find some justice.
Please wish me well, As a first time offender, I'm hoping to get diversion...
