GA Ed,
HG> You have several options in TB, but I prefer to copy/move messages that

This 'think' of me, was confirmed by Mark, when he told that using the
IMAP protocol for getting messages, keeps them on the server.
Using the POP protocol, brings the messages to your own hard disk.
I checked my setup in TB and found that it was set to IMAP, and I found
no way to change that to POP.
Oh well, I download everything I want to save anyway, and delete the
original as soon as I have replied to it or copied it.
EV> I used a MS Office version on the 486 Win3.1 pc and I looked at a

I have never used MS Office, but I know that the meta date is there, and
it disappears when I save the message as *.txt.
HG> But I still would like to get an anti advertising program.
EV> Maybe AdAware still offers downloads to their older versions.
I didn't see anything like that on their page.
