Hello All!

Online Native American Database.

This project started a few years ago. As a user on my dialup BBS,
Sondra and a few others collected as complete a list as possible of
all Nations they could find. Current names, addresses and phone
numbers.

Since then I've added a few hundred other items, mostly gleaned from
this newsgroup, split into several categories such as Health, Legal,
Youth, etc..

This is not a 'links list', this is 'real life'. There are a few email
addresses and URLs here and there but the focus is -peple-, -places-,
and real life resources.

So now it's all available online with a search engine:

A few people have checked it out and it does work well, but it is not
necessarily 'easy' to use. I've added some 'help' info but am -very-
open to suggestions about that. Anything that appears unclear just say
so.

NEED MORE DATA! Some categories are -very- 'thin' such as Health,
Youth and Urban listings. If -you- are personally involved in any
appropriate local organizations, please see if it's listed and the
info is accurate. If not listed or any errors there is an 'update'
form available.

TECHNICAL CAVEAT: [sigh] Wish this weren't true, but right now limited
to 'newer' web browsers that support the HTTP 1.1 protocol. This
includes Netscape 2.0, MSIE 3.0 and newer. Some AOL browsers won't
work. This is a technical thing and I'm working on it.
