That sounds really nice. You might try looking in the cooking echo for
more Diabetic recipes. I am also not cooking a turkey this year. I
will go to my mom's house on Christmas for supper with the new nephew.
It is his first Christmas. I will be making a Christmas brunch for
hubbie and I and his parents. I think I'll do something that's easy to
make with little cleanup. The only problem I am going to have is that I
am suposed to get my Guidedog back next week and my mom and her husband
will not let her in there house. It makes things complicated. Anyway,
I'm off to answer more mail and then back to the kitchen for more
baking. I have company coming tomorrow and on new years eve as well.
So I will not be spending the entire holidays traveling.
Take care,
Barb
