There are Blitz!, Petspeed, and the Abacus compilers that I know of. Blitz!
is available for both the 64 and the 128 - the others are 64 only as far as
I know.

The only place I imagine you could get them is from Software Support
International (SSI) in the US which sells lots of C64 software still.
