Here are some steps for the STYLE approach:
1. Click on 'Format', then 'Style', then 'New'
2. Name your new style to say 'Uncle'
3. Click on 'Format' and select 'Font'
   -  Select 'Courier New', 12 point, Bold
   -  Go to 'Underlining' and select single
   Note: The new sample 'Uncle' style will be displayed to reflect the 
         input that you provide.
4. Click on 'Format' and select 'Paragraph'
   - select your 1.5 lines spacing
5. For changing the tab settings, go back to the MAIN screen.  You will find
that the 'Uncle' font name is displayed as your default font.
  - select 'Format', then 'Tabs' and change the default .5 in. to .25 inches
  Your new 'Uncle' style will have all the characteristics that you need.
Now you merely have to open the file that you want to convert, press Ctrl-A
to select all the text, and click on the 'Uncle' font to change all the
text.
For the date, go to 'Insert', select 'Date and Time' and  select the
appropriate format from the selections provided.  The date and/or time will
be inserted at the cursor position.
