You are correct, there is no need to worry about leaving the gun cocked for
normal periods while hunting ... the odd 15mins to an hour will not hurt a
Venom spring ... a steady diet of a week at a time probably won't do it any
good, but the difference between 5 minutes and an hour is nothing to a spring
like that!
