I'm still using BC4OS2 v1.5 here.  Got a question... does
the new v 2.0 have whatever they call it when you get the
icon tittle text appearing in the IDE whenever you slide
your mouse pointer over the quick choice icons?  Kinda like
Borlands v4.5 and Watcom v10.0?
