I don't run PCBoard, so I can't help you much, but a search through my file
areas shows this, but first, it's shareware and is a limited demo (see
below). I wonder if you can use something like jamnntp with PCBoard?  Also,
there are other earlier versions of this on my system but the one listed
below seems to be the most recent of them all.
