www.software.ibm.com is the top level for software choice. Boulder is 
strictly the source of test and fixes for various products. Production code 
is always on a different site. Netscsape you have to choose to Get netscape 
2.02, select OS2 for the OS and it will dump you into IBMs netscape download 
directories.
