Well, depending on when you BOUGHT 2.20, 2.3x was or wasn't free.  If you 
bought it more than say 7 months I think it was,  2.3x was NOT free.  This was
probably the case.  I was lucky and bought 2.20c (was that the last revision? 
) ... and got 2.3x as a free upgrade.  2.2x and 2.3x codes are NOT the same
though.  They changed due to the fact that there were 2.2x keymakers out 
there.
