So what?
Does that sports hero getting paid millions "want" or "benefit" from the
perpetuation of an underclass you say someone wants? _Who_ benefits from the
perpetuation of a transgenerational underclass that will not be underpaid,
underemployed workers...but only a drain on social services? (Hardly the
rich, though it creates jobs for social workers.)
A transgenerational underclass composed of people who are rarely
employed, often on welfare, and often in jail hardly benefits employers. Its
existence does not benefit the middle class that pays most of the welfare and
jail bill.
