Until there is equality there won't be an agreement as no side will want to

The reality is that the conflict has been "internationalized"
& thus the whole of the west bank etc should be placed under
"international" troops with a serious mandate e.g. NATO. & by
that I mean both sides will risk destruction if they take on NATO.
