I was going to say. Over the years I've come to the conclusion that that
act was an incredibly draconian and offensive (to liberty) piece of
legislation. Unless things in this domain have changed for the better under
Blair, IMHO historically the Brits don't need lessons from anyone on
crushing inconvenient inviduals under the guise of state secrets.
