I know here in DC prices are probably going to retreat about 8-10%, but
this is after a going up about 150% in the last 6 years. For example the
house I was living in was purchased for $200,000 in 2000 and the last ones
to sell on the block went for about $670,000. I don't see this small
retreat as the sky is falling. Just normal adjustments.
