Not necessarily true. Flame weapons are a good example. However nope wrt
tanks using flechettes against civies that's no different to say a suicide
bomber so why are poeple worked up over suicide bombers??

Ah well circles of violence... at least they're achieving a level of
equality wrt killing foreign occupying troops etc.
