Yup. Equality of bargaining postion or international action (e.g. a naval
blockade esp of fossil fuels).

Those are the 2 real choices as otherwise the israelis will push stuff onto
the Palestinians which will be unjust & then it's a matter of 10-20
years before the next scrap.

Like I said earlier it's going to become a bit like the
Franco-Prussian/German wars where any injustice at the end of one conflict
(e.g. Napoleon, Alsace-Lorraine, Versailles etc) is simply sowing the seeds
of the next.
