Sorry,  the U.S.A. isn't going to collapse to that level, we will be a
formidable military power for quite some time, even if our economy goes
bad.

And besides the point, it's Israel's job to insure their own survival and
I'm confident they will do what they need to do.

We produce enough of our own to cover what we need.  A lot of that fuel
usage is not needed short term and would be cut back in an emergency.
