There is one name that is conspicuously missing. That of John Kasic of 
Ohio. He's been up in New Hampshire as well as Forbes and Alexander, 
probing the waters so to speak. 
Granted, it's exploratory, but he's checking to see if he has a chance. If 
he decides he does, look for him to get into the race.
