Realist. Law follows the money. Start with the economy & then suddenly
in come the laws & then the law enforcement agents etc.

Look at the EEC > EU (e.g. the EU arrest warrant) or the British Empire
as examples.

So now you have economic globalization......soon you'll get legal
globalization & then law enforcement globalization....
