That may just insure war and I'm not so sure Israel is the one that would
lose, even if we didn't help. (and we probably would)

I've seen your reference but see nothing to back up that Arafat really
would have really abide by any terms of anything like that. (of course it
hurts the Palestinians that they are so fractured politically-wise, and
that's perhaps why nothing came of it.)
